Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. zucchini
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded carrot
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
Preparation

Cook first 3 ingredients in small amount of water.
Drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Fold in vegetables.
Prepare stuffing mix. Spread half in a 12 x 7-inch dish.
Spoon in vegetables.
Top with remaining mix.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
