Herby Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. margarine
    1/4 c. hot water
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and form into patties.
    Brown on both sides in large skillet.
    Pour soup and milk that has been mixed together over patties.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    The gravy is wonderful over mashed potatoes.
