Easy Apple Moon Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Grands biscuits
5 or 6 c. sliced apples
sugar, cinnamon and butter
Preparation

Separate biscuits and, one at a time, on floured board, roll out flat.
Place about 1/2 cup apples on biscuit.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Dot with butter and a dash of cinnamon.
Fold dough over and crimp edges.
Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Dot with butter.
Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 until nice and brown.
