Liverwurst Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. liverwurst
    4 green onions
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. horseradish
    8 oz. cream cheese
    Tabasco sauce
    dry parsley
    milk to soften cheese
Preparation
    Mix sausage, onion, mayonnaise and horseradish; form into a ball.
    Cover with softened cream cheese (soften with a bit of milk and Tabasco sauce, to taste).
    Roll in dry parsley.
