Vegetable Tofu Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sesame oil
3 Tbsp. tamari (soy)
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. honey
1 clove garlic
2 (12 oz.) blocks tofu, cubed
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 oz. mushrooms, sliced
4 oz. white cabbage, finely chopped (use bok choy and green cabbage)
Preparation

Marinate tofu for 1 hour in mixture of oil, tamari, vinegar, water, honey and garlic.
Combine tofu with celery, mushrooms and cabbage.
Serve.
