Romanoff Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 orange, peeled, seeded and diced
1 unpeeled yellow apple, diced
1 unpeeled ripe pear, diced
2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. plain yogurt
3 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Combine fruit and celery in a bowl.
Stir remaining ingredients together and stir into salad mixture.
Chill.
Serves 6.
