Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
    1 c. apple, peeled and diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 Tbsp. dill, chopped
    3 Tbsp. curry powder
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 pinch sugar
    1/2 c. whipped cream
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 large tomato, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Combine chicken, apple, celery and dill.
    Stir curry powder into mayonnaise.
    Add lemon juice and sugar.
    Add more curry powder, if desired.
    Fold in cream.
    Spoon curry mayonnaise over chicken mixture; toss lightly.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Garnish with egg slices and tomato wedges.
