Traditional Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (about 2 c.)
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 eggs or 4 egg whites
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
    Cool.
    Garnish as desired.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
