Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or large pkg. chicken parts, stewed and deboned (do not add salt)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can diced Ro-Tel chilies
    1 regular sized bag restaurant style Doritos chips (plain)
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix both soups and Ro-Tel until well blended.
    Coarsely crush chips
    by
    pounding
    on a slightly open bag.
    Spray the bottom
    of a
    9
    x
    9-inch casserole dish with Pam and richly cover
    with chips.
    Add a generous layer of chicken and cover with
    1/2 of the soup mixture.
    Repeat all layers and top with cheese.
    Bake
    in
    a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with a salad.
    No need for bread.
