Mock Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. crushed pretzels
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/3 c. sugar
    12 oz. softened cream cheese (1 large, 1 small)
    12 oz. whipped topping
    dash of lemon juice
    Amaretto (optional)
Preparation
    Blend first 3 ingredients.
    Press into 9 x 13-inch glass pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 to 10 minutes.
    Let cool.
