Super Good Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) boxes lemon jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. grated carrots
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add marshmallows and heat until dissolved.
Add softened cream cheese and heat well.
Cool slightly.
Fold in grated carrots, pineapple, nuts and Cool Whip and chill.
