Water Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Work first 7 ingredients into a dough and add rest of flour. Place in refrigerator until ready to use.
    Make rolls and let rise 2 hours.
    Bake at 450\u00b0.
