Congealed Blueberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 c. fruity red wine
    2 c. fresh blueberries
    1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar and gelatin in boiling water.
    Stir in wine. Refrigerate until mixture thickens.
    Fold in blueberries and oranges.
    Spoon into mold.
    Chill until firm.
