Cheese Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can pimiento
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1/4 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) box macaroni
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    Mix all the ingredients in casserole and refrigerate overnight.
    Top with Ritz crackers and bake at 350\u00b0 until hot.
