Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) can light tuna in water
    1 onion, chopped
    1 celery stalk, chopped fine
    1/2 apple, chopped with skin
    1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
    small amount lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain water from tuna; break up with fork.
    Add chopped onion, celery and apple.
    Sprinkle lemon juice over.
    Add mayonnaise and stir up good.
    Use as is or make a sandwich.
