Stuffed Mushrooms 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large mushrooms, cleaned
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. sweet butter or olive oil
    parsley, minced
    pepper to taste
    1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/3 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. fresh oregano leaves, minced or 1 tsp. dry leaves
Preparation
    Remove stems and toss mushrooms with 1 large clove garlic (minced).
    Saute mushrooms and garlic in 3 tablespoons sweet butter or olive oil for parsley (minced), pepper to taste, 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, 1/3 cup fresh bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves (minced) or 1 teaspoon dry leaves.
    Stuff mushroom caps and place in buttered 8 x 11-inch gratin dish.
    Add 1/2 cup dry white wine to pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Place under broiler for 1 minute or until tops are golden brown.
    Serve hot.
