Cheddar Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 3/4 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix vigorously (by hand) for 30 seconds or until blended.
    Spoon into a buttered 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
