Parmesan Potato Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, pared or not
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt to taste
    6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into 6 or 8 wedges lengthwise.
    Place shallow baking pan in a 425\u00b0 oven with butter or margarine to melt.
    Add potato sticks and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Sprinkle with salt and cheese.
    Return to oven 2 to 3 minutes. (This is like French fry without the fry.)
    Makes 6 servings.
