Swiss Steak With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 clove garlic or powder
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    round steak
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. rice
    2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
    Rub garlic into steak. Saute meat in oil with onion and green pepper.
    Put remaining flour mixture in skillet, then add hot water to make gravy to pour over all.
    Cover meat with onion, green pepper, rice and tomatoes. Cover tightly and simmer for 1 hour.
