Baked Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. walnuts
2 c. pecans
1/2 c. margarine
dash of salt
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation

Toast nuts at 300\u00b0 on baking sheet for about 20 minutes.
Cool completely.
Beat egg whites and fold in sugar and dash of salt. Beat until stiff.
Fold in nuts.
Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Spread nuts in dish.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
