Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    6 eggs, beaten well
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add beaten whole eggs. Add vanilla, vinegar and salt.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Start cooking at 300\u00b0.
    Raise heat in 10 minutes to 350\u00b0.
    It takes about 45 minutes in all to cook.
    Makes 2 pies.
