Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork
    2 - 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 cup diced onions
    1 cup celery
    1 can Chop Suey vegetables
    2 cans mushrooms (stems & pieces) drained
    3 tbsp. LaChoy sauce
    Salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork (cut into cubes) in vegetable oil.
    Add diced onions and celery.
    Cover with water.
    Simmer about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Add Chop Suey vegetables and mushrooms. Add a little water for juice. Add 3 tbsp. LaChoy Sauce, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
    To thicken, add a little corn starch with water.
