Meatball Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
egg
1 slice white bread, coarsely crumbled
generous dash of pepper
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 c. cooked wide noodles
Preparation

Mix beef, onion, egg, bread, salt and pepper; shape into 16 meatballs.
Brown in skillet (use shortening if needed).
Pour off drippings.
Add soup and water.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring now and then.
Blend in sour cream.
Heat.
Serve over noodles.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
