Moussaka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant, pared and cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1/4 c. margarine for browning
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Lightly coat eggplant slices with flour.
    Brown on both sides and set aside.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown meat, then stir in tomato sauce and salt.
    Simmer 1 or 2 minutes.
