Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. (2 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. Vidalia onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a microwave-safe dish, brown meat with water*, stirring occasionally. Drain and set aside.
