1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 c. skim milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. (2 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. Vidalia onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie crust
