Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leftover roast (2 c.)
    1 large onion
    2 c. beef broth
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Thicken 2 cups beef broth by mixing well flour and 1/2 cup cold broth, or lukewarm (not hot); flour will lump, stir well. Pour in broth when it boils.
    Add chopped onions.
    Cook about 3 minutes.
    Add beef.
    If gravy is too thick, add more broth.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Pour in baking dish and bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
