Chocolate Chocolate Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
5 Tbsp. chocolate powder
1 c. milk
3 oz. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. clarified butter
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. heavy cream
1 oz. brandy
1 oz. Grand Marnier
chocolate syrup for garnish
whipped cream for garnish
pecans for garnish
Preparation

Sift flour and chocolate powder.
Mix with milk until batter is smooth.
Add sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, eggs and butter; blend well.
Make very thin crepes with batter; allow to cool.
