Greek-Style Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. rotelle pasta, cooked
6 Tbsp. olive or canola oil
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
pinch of salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 large ripe tomatoes, diced (about 2 c.)
1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, oregano, mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix in the tomatoes, Feta cheese and parsley and allow to marinate.
Add to cooled pasta and toss gently.
Serves 4 to 6.
