Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 small can creamed corn
2 or 3 chopped jalapeno peppers
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Stir milk and oil in to beaten eggs.
Mix dry ingredients together, then add egg mixture and remaining ingredients.
Beat well and pour into well-greased 9 x 11-inch pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
