El Chepo Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans, drained and save liquid
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. green onion dip mix
Preparation
    Mix all together in bowl or saucepan and mash beans to desired consistency.
    If too thick, add some of reserved juice.
