Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
    1 egg white (unbeaten)
    1 cake (high rise) yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Make up like biscuit dough. Put in the refrigerator 1 hour or overnight to cool. Pinch off what you want to roll out. Put a little oil in pan. Cut out as biscuits. Flip over in oil. Let rise 1 hour in a warm place until doubled in size. Cook in 450\u00b0 oven until brown.
