Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 6 medium sweet potatoes (raw)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine or butter
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk

Preparation

Peel, boil, drain and mash potatoes.
Beat and add remaining ingredients until fluffy.
Spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan, sprayed with cooking spray.
