Sweet Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 pkg. yeast
    6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat water, milk, salt, oil, sugar and eggs until mixed; add yeast.
    Stir until it is dissolved.
    Add flour and knead until smooth and elastic.
    Let rise until double, about 1 hour.
    Punch down and make rolls.
    Take 1/3 of dough at a time, roll out; put on butter, cinnamon and brown sugar with chocolate chips, cherries, pecans or raisins.
    Roll like jelly roll; cut slices and put on cookie sheet.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
