Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
1 c. water
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate or 4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream or buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Bring to a boil, the oil, water and chocolate.
Take off heat and add sugar, stirring until dissolved.
Add flour and salt. Beat together well the eggs, sour cream and baking soda.
Add to other mixture.
Grease pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
