Squash Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. diced squash
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Melt butter in pan or baking dish. Spread rice around in pan.
    Spread squash over rice.
    Add onions over squash.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix water with the soup and pour over the mixture and cover with foil.
    Bake for 1 hour.
