Hot Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix all but last 3 ingredients and spread in a 9-inch square pan.
    Sprinkle with mixture of brown sugar and cocoa.
    Pour boiling water over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve with vanilla ice cream on top.
