Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can refried beans
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. black olives
1 stick Cheddar cheese
1 stick Monterey Jack
1 green pepper
2 ripe avocados or 1 large
1 jar taco sauce (medium)
Preparation

Spread\tbeans
in
a large plate.
Peel and mash avocado(s). Spread
over beans.
Add taco seasoning to sour cream. Put\tover avocado(s).
Sprinkle
cheese over sour cream, then black
olives. Put
sauce
in middle of dish inside half of a cleaned out green pepper.
