Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. unsalted butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour and sugar.
Cut in butter until coarse like meal. Add egg, cream and vanilla.
Roll on floured board.
Cut and bake about 8 minutes at 325\u00b0.
