That Meat(Swiss Steak) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak, cut up in long thin strips
    1 onion
    oil
    flour
    salt and pepper (and any other spices)
    water
    Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation
    Cut up round steak.
    Saute onion in oil.
    Dip steak in mixture of flour, salt and pepper (and any other spices).
    Brown meat in pan with onion.
    Add enough water to cover meat.
    Cover pan and simmer 1 hour.
    (Add more water as it evaporates.)
    Add Kitchen Bouquet to brown gravy.
    Serve with mashed potatoes.
