Fresh Hot Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or cooking oil
    1 large onion, sliced or chopped
    5 or 6 cloves chopped garlic
    1 green bell pepper, cubed
    1 red bell pepper, cubed
    1 yellow bell pepper, cubed
    8 diced plum tomatoes
    2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, diced
Preparation
    In a large frypan or Dutch oven sweat onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil.
    Cook until onion is translucent.
    Add peppers, tomatoes and jalapeno peppers.
    Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot with chips.
