Ash-Cor'S Caramel Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 apples; peeled, cored and cut into chunks
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 pkg. caramel apple coating mix or 1/2 pkg. Kraft caramels
    butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Mix together apple chunks and oranges and divide equally into 4 bowls or dessert dishes.
    Prepare caramel according to package (or melt caramels on low heat).
    Drizzle by spoonfuls over fruit, as much as desired.
    Sprinkle with butterscotch chips.
    Serve immediately.
    Caramel thickens as it cools and gets really gooey!
