French Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    unbaked pie shell
    6 to 8 half peaches
    1 egg, beaten
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
Preparation
    Put peaches, cut side up.
    Spoon mixture over peaches and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce to 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
