Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach, torn into pieces
    1/4 c. red vinegar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Preparation
    Combine first 10 ingredients in a jar.
    Shake well.
    Pour over spinach; toss gently.
    Garnish with crumbled bacon and egg slices. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
