Honey Pecan Barbecue Sauce(From Dakota'S Restaurant, Dallas: Yields 1 Quart) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onions
    1 tsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. pablano peppers
    2 tsp. garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dark chili powder
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. rosemary, chopped
    1/3 c. pecans, toasted and chopped
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 c. chicken stock
    3 c. catsup
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onion in\toil.
    Add peppers and garlic and saute. Add remaining ingredients and cook 40 minutes and strain.
