Crab Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. crab delights
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 small can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. Marsala wine (optional)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed on package.
    In skillet over medium heat, cook mushrooms in butter until all liquid is absorbed. Stir in undiluted soup, milk and wine (increase milk to 1 1/4 cups if not using wine).
    Cook until sauce boils.
    Reduce heat.
    Add crabmeat, peas and sour cream.
    Heat through; do not boil.
    Toss with noodles and parsley.
