Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced rhubarb
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. whipping cream
    dash of salt and nutmeg
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Dice rhubarb into unbaked pie shell.
    Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
    Slowly adding whipping cream.
    Pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle nutmeg over pie.
    Bake 50 minutes in a 325\u00b0
    oven or until set in middle.
