Coney Island Topping For Hot Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef heart, cooked and ground
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. cumin powder
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 to 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In frypan, put oil; add meat and the spices.
    Add water and cook slow about 1 hour.
    Add more water if it becomes dry.
