Mindie'S Stir-Fried Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions (Vidalia)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    garlic to taste
    1 stick butter
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut up onions.
    Cover with butter, salt, pepper and garlic. Fry until tender.
    Keep turning every 2 minutes or so.
    (You may need more butter; depending on preference of taste.)
