Hi-Ho Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. sugar
    20 Hi-Ho Ritz crackers
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar, then beat again.
    Add baking powder.
    Beat again for 1 minute.
    Crush crackers and stir into mixture with spoon.
    Stir in nuts.
    Cook on 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Add Cool Whip before serving.
