Hamburger Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix well; shape into rolls.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    In the morning, bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0 on rack over pan for drainage.
